Mt. Moosilauke in Glencliff, NH has been on my hiking “to do” list for quite some time. So…I hiked it. Well, we hiked it. Lisa and I. We headed up to the White Mountains a few weekends ago to visit some friends and we made a side trip to “The Moose”. We had beautiful weather, and while we weren’t feeling our best that afternoon (we were quite tired for some reason), it was another awesome day in the mountains.

We reached South Peak first (above) and hung out there for a bit. Ate some lunch. Then we made the final 0.8 mile leg of the trip to the true summit, which is all above treeline. Great 360 degree views.
